Digital Product Terms & Conditions

For Guides, PDFs, Downloads and Other Digital Resources Provided by The Bottle Aversion OT

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products (“Digital Products”) purchased from The Bottle Aversion OT (“the Provider”). By purchasing or accessing any Digital Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Digital Products include written guides, PDFs, free downloadable resources, and any other non‑physical materials provided electronically. These products are informational and educational and do not constitute therapy, clinical assessment, or personalised professional advice.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship

Purchasing a Digital Product does not create:

  • a therapeutic relationship

  • clinical responsibility

  • access to messaging support or ongoing advice

  • eligibility for clinical advice or intervention

If you require personalised support, a separate therapy package must be purchased.

3. Access and Delivery

  • Digital Products are delivered electronically, usually via email or an automatic download link.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you provide the correct email address at checkout.

  • If you experience access issues, you must contact the Provider within 7 days of purchase.

4. Refunds

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads:
All Digital Product sales are final and non‑refundable.
This applies even if:

  • you change your mind

  • you decide the product is no longer needed

  • you did not download or save the product

  • your device is incompatible

Refunds will only be considered where required by UK consumer law.

5. Personal Use Licence

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a non‑transferable, single‑user licence for personal use only.

You may not:

  • share, forward, or distribute the product

  • upload it to social media or public platforms

  • reproduce, copy, or adapt the content

  • use it for commercial, professional, or training purposes

  • share it with friends, family, groups, or professionals

All content is protected by copyright law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of The Bottle Aversion OT.
No ownership rights are transferred upon purchase.

Any unauthorised sharing, copying, or distribution may result in legal action.

7. Limitations and Disclaimer

  • Digital Products provide general guidance only and are not a substitute for personalised assessment, medical advice, or therapy.

  • The Provider is not responsible for outcomes resulting from how the information is interpreted or applied.

  • The Provider does not guarantee specific results or improvements.

  • Always seek medical advice if you have concerns about your child’s health, feeding, or development.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • a compatible device

  • appropriate software to open PDFs or digital files

  • a stable internet connection to download the product

The Provider is not responsible for technical issues on your device.

9. Amendments

The Provider may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version in place at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
